Assisting brokers in completing their cases, the team will liase between lenders, solicitors and brokers to aid communication between the parties.
Optoma’s processing manager, Nicky Stuart said: “Quite often an offered case can get stuck in the process between the parties and Optoma’s completion team will help gather any information and details to get the case completed.
"Whether its chasing documentation from a lender or proactively warning brokers that criteria is about to change once a case has been offered, it all helps speed the process. The team will diarise when an offered case will expire and we will be in regular contact with brokers to check everything is running smoothly.”
Since the introduction of the Completions team, Optoma has already seen an improvement in completed business.
