Optoma says the Non Conforming exclusive has proven extremely successful in the past - with an additional £500 cashback, £99 val fee and 3yr fixed rates with no overhang, intermediaries will not get a better solution elsewhere.
The Conforming range exclusive is new and the firm believes it is a testament to the relationship Optoma and Platform share. Features include rent calculations of 125% along with the £99 valuation fee and £500 additional cashback.
