The scheme is the first of its kind to be unveiled in the UK’s specialist mortgage market. It will deliver peace of mind to over 5,000 brokers and IFAs that currently work with Opus by:
• Guaranteeing the payment of all commission that are generated on the new range of exclusive Open Door re-mortgage products from Opus.
• Ensuring that commission payments are made within 24 hours of a re-mortgage completing. Under the terms of IGS, all commissions are to be paid by Goldsmith Williams, not Opus.
• Delivering payments into a nominated bank account, courtesy of a Telegraphic Transfer.
