The Orbiter system now allows advisers to transfer a case instantly to a TFC Homeloans help desk, where a lender’s decision and credit search can be carried out on the adviser’s behalf, at no cost. The service is currently available with several, selected lenders including Beacon, BM Solutions, Platform, IGroup and Cheshire Mortgage Corporation.
Robert Kelly, Design Director at Orbiter, says “The TFC Decision Facility is just one of several new features on Orbiter. We’ve recently launched new, ebay-style ratings which let advisers rate lenders’ service. In response to advisers’ feedback, we also added a ‘Registrant Transfer’ feature, letting managers access cases dealt with by their staff, and transfer cases between staff when, for example, someone leaves the firm or takes a holiday.”
