Home Buyer Systems’ Compliance Alliance offers a two-tier service comprised of a core service providing the basic compliance essentials, together with a range of optional ad hoc specialist services. The core service includes access to a library of compliance documents; telephone and email help desk; quarterly regulatory bulletins; pre- and post-FSA visit guidance; financial promotions guidance and guidance on completion of RMAR. Guidance is available to those firms who are seeking DA status.
The specialised compliance services include: TCF monitoring and reports; remote case checking, tailored site visits and audits; complaints handling; management reports; adviser training and induction; RMAR filing, and many more.
Costs for the core service are set at 2% of annual turnover payable on a monthly basis, with a minimum monthly fee of £100 and a maximum of £595. Specialised services are charged on the basis of time spent.
