Williams will take on responsibility for all business and communications across the distributor's network of participating intermediaries, regulated mortgage brokers and Independent Financial Advisers.

Williams has been with paaleads.com since 2006 recruiting third party companies to trade their leads through the paaleads.com platform, as well as developing the new lead types of pensions, savings and investment.
Speaking about his new role, Williams said lead generation has proved itself to have a strong place in today's market: "A key challenge will be to build on our recent successes, with particular emphasis on adding value for the brokers.
"There are lots of exciting developments planned for 2008 and work is already underway to make the website an even more important and useful tool for brokers.”
