The guide aims to provide packagers with everything they need to complete commercial mortgage business with 5D Finance.
It is delivered via both hard and soft copy and contains details of the 5D valuation panel, solicitor panel, and underwriting.
It also includes a sample of application forms, templates, contact details, information on all of 5D Finance’s products, and guidance notes of how to use the necessary documents to do business with 5D.
