Whilst the sector holds fantastic potential for brokers, CLC's managing director has warned that the rapidly changing criteria could pose a larger problem than anticipated.
"The commercial sector is traditionally more complicated than residential," said CLC MD Michael George, "and that is why brokers need expert advice.
"In order to comply with the TCF regulations, brokers and IFAs need to ensure that they are getting the best deal for their clients and approaching the lender direct will not always guarantee this.
"A responsible packager will ensure that they are getting the best deal they can in a market that can be a minefield if it is not managed properly.”
