Network members of PFA will now be able to access the Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead's mortgage range which includes homebuyer, remortgage and additional borrowing products for both repayment and interest-only options.
In its mainstream product range, Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead offers homebuyer products up to a maximum of 90% loan to value, remortgage products up to a maximum of 85% LTV and both homebuyer and remortgage product options up to a maximum of 75% LTV.
All products will only be available through intermediaries and Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead also has a number of exclusive mortgage products available via its website to PFA member firms.
