It appoints quartet to the newly created roles of business development director
Mortgage distributor Paradigm has announced the appointment of four staff members to the newly created roles of business development director – a move that follows the merger of the company’s relationship manager and senior relationship manager positions.
The four new business development directors are (pictured from left to right) Michael Brown, Neil Jackson, Tom Hunt, and Sarah Blackwood.
Each will focus on different regions across the UK: Brown is responsible for London and the South East; Jackson oversees the East Midlands, the East of England, the North West, and Wales; Hunt covers London, the West Midlands, and the South West, and Blackwood covers Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the North East of England.
Paradigm said the restructuring aligns with its broader business objectives and is intended to maintain high service levels for its member firms. The new directors will focus on strategic growth, nurturing new members, and supporting the development of existing member businesses.
