Support services provider Paradigm Consulting has announced a new partnership with Xpress Mortgages, a directly authorised mortgage brokerage.
Located in Surrey, Xpress Mortgages will now benefit from Paradigm Consulting’s bespoke compliance and consultancy services, which include compliance audits, both annual and targeted, as well as reviews of processes, functions, policies, and documentation.
Paradigm will also offer support in training staff and in conducting staff assessments.
Founded in 2006 by Rachel Lummis (pictured right), Xpress Mortgages offers a range of services to a diverse clientele, including first-time buyers, home movers, buy-to-let landlords and investors, clients with specialist lending needs, and those seeking mortgage protection.
Paradigm Consulting, meanwhile, provides tailored consultancy support and guidance, particularly in the area of Consumer Duty. It prepares and assists firms in navigating regulatory changes, customising their approach to meet the specific needs of individual firms.
