Central to Redbrick's offering is its Portfolio insurance product, which enables landlords to take out one insurance policy for their entire portfolio of properties rather than a single policy for each individual property. This can result in significant premium savings, in addition to providing a streamlined insurance service for professional landlords.
While Redbrick is new to the market, the company draws on the Paragon Group's considerable experience in the private rented sector, which includes 14 years of offering specialist insurance products to Paragon's own buy-to-let customers.
Redbrick Landlords Insurance is headed up by Tony Armitage, who has spent over 30 years in the property insurance industry.
