At Paragon, Lees secured and developed a wide intermediary distribution platform for Paragon Mortgages and Mortgage Trust in the buy-to-let market.
Lees said: “I would like to thank my intermediary contacts for their support over the years and wish my colleagues at Paragon well for the future.
“Moray Hulme, deputy head of sales, will be looking after my connections going forward and I am happy to be handing over to such a safe pair of hands.”
