Director lauds the new head for his contributions to the company
Alternative Bridging Corporation has announced the promotion of Paul Gavin (pictured) to the position of head of sales, where he will oversee the business development manager (BDM) team at the specialised property lender.
Gavin initially joined Alternative Bridging as a BDM for the North in January 2022, moving to head of sales for the Northern division just a year later.
With this recent promotion, Gavin will assume the responsibility of leading its sales team, collaborating closely with the BDM unit to expand Alternative Bridging’s footprint, as the company aims to assist more brokers in finding bespoke solutions for their clients in need of alternative property finance options.
Operating for over 30 years, Alternative Bridging offers bridging and term loans alongside development finance for residential and commercial purposes. Additionally, the company provides an innovative Alternative Overdraft facility, allowing customers to access funds as per their requirements.
Gavin said, “I’m thrilled about my promotion. I have now worked in residential and commercial property finance for more than 17 years, so I can talk with experience when I say how impressed I have been by the dynamic approach to property lending and unrivalled client focus from the team here.”
He highlighted the importance of working in collaboration with brokers to identify the best solutions for clients. “I’m looking forward to working with all our BDMs to help even more intermediaries experience the benefits of working with Alternative Bridging Corporation,” Gavin said.
Jonathan Rubins, director at Alternative Bridging Corporation, commended Gavin’s contribution to the company since joining.
“Paul has been an invaluable member of our sales team, consistently demonstrating leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of our market,” he said. “His dedication and commitment have not gone unnoticed, and we are confident that under his leadership, our sales department will continue to flourish.”
