Countrywide Surveying Services is one of the UK’s leading surveying services groups and handles over 30% of all residential mortgage valuations in the UK.
Wareham has over 30 years experience of the property and financial services industries, previously holding senior management posts within Lloyds Banking Group and specifically at Colleys Surveyors.
He has also worked within the Halifax retail branch network.

As Director of Field Operations, Wareham will be responsible for maximising the operational efficiency of the group’s surveying workforce and assisting with the development of new products and services for Countrywide's extensive client base. He will report directly to Paul Chapman, Managing Director at Countrywide Surveying Services.
