MAB’s advisers will be able to access Paymentshield’s offering, including its home and landlords insurance products.
Peter Brodnicki, chief executive of MAB, said: “We are delighted to have extended further our long-standing commercial relationship with Paymentshield, particularly as their new panel offers a significantly improved proposition which will be of benefit to our customers.”
MAB launched the Paymentshield panel to its 600-plus set of advisers at its annual conference in Leicester on 5 February.
The Paymentshield panel is integrated into MAB’s point of sale system, Midas Pro.
James Watson, sales director at Paymentshield, said: “The IT integration of our intermediary website with MAB’s Midas Pro system will make it even easier for advisers to submit GI business.
“We are also continuing to work with MAB to offer additional functionality to MAB advisers such as access to our new design quote screen which enables advisers to see all returned quotes from our panel of insurers, not just the cheapest.”
Paymentshield recently added Axa to its home insurance panel, joining other insurers such as Zurich RSA, Aviva, and Ageas.
