Pepper Homeloans has hired a head of origination in Nicola Boardman.

Richard Spinks, director of lending operations, whom Boardman will report to, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Nicola to our growing team here at Pepper.

Pepper only lends via intermediaries and all applications are individually assessed.
