It hires a national key accounts manager
Pepper Money has further strengthened its sales team with the recruitment of Brad Rhodes (pictured) as national key accounts manager.
Rhodes has more than 12 years of mortgage experience, having previously held roles at the Santander and Platform Intermediaries, where he spent more than four years as a corporate account manager.
He joins Pepper’s expanding sales team to help develop key intermediary relationships, with the objective of making the lender’s proposition of specialist lending solutions even more accessible to a growing number of brokers.
Pepper Money offers a full range of specialist residential and buy-to-let, first and second charge mortgage products to customers whose requirements may be underserved by traditional high street banks and building societies.
The specialist lender uses financial inclusion as its guiding principle, providing affordable home loans to a wide group of customers.
Rhodes said he was delighted to take up the role at Pepper Money which, he said, has a strong reputation as a specialist lender and is continually evolving its proposition to offer new solutions to brokers and their customers.
“It’s an exciting time and I’m looking forward to developing relationships that can help make a real difference to the lives of mortgage customers who are not catered for by the high street,” he said.
Paul Adams, sales director at Pepper Money, was pleased to welcome Rhodes to Pepper Money.
“He has great experience in our sector and will play an important role in helping us to continue to grow our lending and help even more customers,” Adams stated.
“We are building one of the strongest sales teams in the market, and this demonstrates our ongoing commitment to being the leading specialist mortgage lender.”
