In his role, Jonathan will strengthen the senior management team and help drive the business forward.
Jonathan joins Personal Touch with 25 years financial services experience, most recently working at The Exchange (Avelo) as the head of strategic relationships where he was responsible for the adoption and sale of technology solutions for large distribution groups.
His previous experience includes working at Bankhall & Sesame as the director of provider management and as operations director at Misys IFA Services.
In his new role, Jonathan will be responsible for client service delivery, paraplanning, IT, central services bureau, risk assessment and financial promotion.
