Personal Touch has launched Virtual PA, a solution that automatically identifies new advice opportunities with existing clients.
Jay Naylor, head of marketing for Personal Touch, said the support was part of a wider plan to develop the next generation of adviser technology to improve productivity through automation, and provide a single end-to-end technology platform.
She said:"As the demand for financial advice continues to grow, manual processes as well as non-integrated technology tools will restrict the amount of clients an adviser can support.
"Virtual PA will not only identify new advice opportunities automatically, but also ensure our advisers can efficiently deliver an ongoing personalised client relationship whilst increasing adviser productivity, improving operational efficiency, achieving valuable insights and maintaining strong regulatory compliance".
Robin Burrows, a director at PT Solent, added:"Virtual PA further demonstrates how Personal Touch as a network are providing valuable support to their members. As regulation increases, any system that can be used to maximise our sales potential can only be beneficial."
The launch of Virtual PA follows a string of investments in technology from the network including the integration of Mortgage Source, Solution Builder and Dynamic Planner.
