This new role is part of Personal Touch’s plans to expand and develop its IFA proposition in the lead up to RDR.
With a proven track record in strategic sales, business development, recruitment and change management, Paul has previously worked at Zurich Advice Network.
Paul has also held roles as sales director at M2 Financial and Mint Financial Services Network. Paul joins Personal Touch from Unleash Advice Network, where he has been business development director since 2008.
As IFA business development manager, Paul will be working nationally to actively grow IFA sales alongside the 10 regional sales managers that have transformed Personal Touch’s business development in 2011.
Specifically, Paul will focus on sales and development training for IFAs in the Personal Touch community, assisting them to move their business into specialist advice areas.
