Pink adds Heritable to packaged panel

The lender will offer Pink’s brokers a range of buy-to-let (BTL) products, primarily aimed at professional landlords, as well as other more specialised finance solutions for clients.

The addition of Heritable Bank brings the number of lenders on Pink’s packaged panel to 18 and Neil Hoare, associate director of proposition development at Pink, believed it would offer advisers a different proposition to other lenders.

“Heritable Bank is a welcomed addition to Pink’s packaged panel, as it is known for having interesting criteria which differ from its competitors. For example, in the BTL sector, rental cover and loan-to-values are calculated over the entire BTL portfolio product and its semi-commercial mortgage can be combined with the self-certification option.”

Adrian Scott, managing director, mortgages at Heritable Bank, added:

“We are expanding our distribution through strategic partnerships with well respected packagers and are pleased to be working with Pink. It has seen that we can add a new dimension to its panel.”

Mike Fitzgerald, sales director at Brentchase Financial Services, said: “If you’ve got a panel, you need to make it as big as you can and offer a wide range of products and lenders. Heritable has a suite of products which could fill a lot of gaps.”
