Pink has revealed a number of service initiatives aimed at encouraging more intermediaries to experience the benefits of using a packaging service.
To compliment these new service initiatives, Pink has changed the name of the department which is responsible for the packaging of mortgage cases, to better describe the service it provides to intermediaries. From the 1st September the department will be known as ‘Case Management Services’ (CMS). It was previously known as ‘Operations’.
As part of the drive to improve its already award winning service, Pink has also appointed two new Team Trainers in its newly named department. Lindsey Godwin and Sonja Stewart, who have both worked at Pink for almost eight years, will start their new roles by training members of staff on how to underwrite for new lenders Edeus and Advantage.
Lindsey Godwin has held various positions at Pink since she joined in 1998 including Customer Services Advisor and more recently Mortgage Underwriter. Godwin comments on her new role; “The aim of these new positions is to ensure that all staff provide the same consistent excellent service to all intermediaries. This will be achieved by ongoing training and coaching on topics such as lender’s criteria and best working practises.”
Sonja Stewart has also held various positions at Pink including customer services advisor and mortgage underwriter. She sai: “It is important that both new and existing members of staff are provided with the same training to help them provide a second to none service for our customers. I’m looking forward to getting stuck into the new role and sharing my own knowledge and experiences with other members of the team.”
Elliott Stoneham, commercial director at Pink Home Loans added: “As an Investors in People recognised company, we were pleased to be able to promote staff internally to fill these new positions. Both Lindsey and Sonja have a wealth of experience of knowledge of both Pink and underwriting and I’m sure they will be an asset to the Case Management Services team.”
