Pink Home Loans have appointed Edeus to their packaged panel. This follows last week’s announcement Edeus had been added to Pink’s direct-to-lender panel.
David Copland, sales and marketing director at Pink, commented: "It is all about choice, by adding Edeus to both panels it allows brokers to choose whether they would like to use the multi lender cascade facility offered by our packaging arm or send the case directly to the lender. Some of our most successful lender relationships are where both options are available to the intermediary."
Martin Reynolds, director of corporate accounts at Edeus, said: "We are delighted to now be adding Pink as a packaged partner. It is important to Edeus to be working with one of the largest mortgage aggregators in the UK, and to be offering their Appointed Representatives and their directly authorised firms the choice of sending business to us directly or through their packaging arm."
Meanwhile, BDS Mortgage Group willl work with edeus from day one.
Following an extensive selection process, a group of packagers including BDS have been selected as partners on the basis of strong business synergy.
Bob Hope, head of sales and network at BDS, commented: "We are expecting edeus to launch with an innovative suite of products and technology based lending, and we are delighted to be selected as one of their packager partners. We are fully committed to maintaining their reputation as a progressive, high calibre lender and are confident that this partnership will enhance our proposition for both AR’s and intermediaries who chose to use our service."
