The Pink Mortgage Club has grown exponentially over the past year, with the number of cases completed in the first half of 2003 a staggering 553% higher than cases completed in the same period for the previous year.
Tony Jones, managing director at Pink Home Loans, comments: “Pink Home Loans has seen exponential growth in business levels submitted from its Club members. There has also been significant growth in the number of registered Pink Mortgage Club advisers in 2003, with the number of advisers registered in June 2003 36% higher than June 2002.
“This dramatic growth is due to the strength of the Mortgage Club proposition and key improvements made during the past year. Pink offers member brokers payment of procuration fees within 24 hours of confirmation of completion from the solicitor on all cases and additions to the direct lender panel mean that it is now one of the most comprehensive within the industry, with a total of 34 direct lenders currently on board.”
“Pink Home Loans is growing its distribution through direct submission to panel lenders and a wider base of intermediaries are now using the Mortgage Club. We are also adding new lenders onto the panel, the latest being Intelligent Finance, with more in the pipeline.”
Pink segmented its customer base into Premier and Pink Mortgage Club membership levels back in January 2002. Pink Mortgage Club members have access to the direct lender panel and Premier members have access to both the packaged and direct lender panels.
Pink Home Loans, based in Lichfield, Staffordshire, is one of the UK’s leading mortgage distribution and packaging companies and is part of the Skipton Building Society group of companies.
Pink Home Loans has two lending panels offering its members a choice of direct lender access or packaging facilities in addition to a range of insurance products.
Industry leading services include a first class mortgage desk, easy to use website with comprehensive case tracking facilities and broker commission paid via BACS within 24-hours of legal completion.
