Deb Hall has worked within the industry for over 15 years and has held a variety of roles including mortgage advice, managing sales and mortgage help desks and most recently as a senior manager running the operations department at Pink.
Hall commented after the announcement: "It has been an ambition of mine to hold a business development role and I am delighted to be given the opportunity to bring my skills to this role. I want to help our customers by delivering mortgage solutions in a friendly and enthusiastic manner."
