‘Pink Commercial’ was launched earlier this year exclusively to its Premier members. Pink has opened up commercial mortgages to Club members as part of its drive to improve the level of service it offers to this group of customers.
Club members will be given access to a specialist sales team who deal with Pink Commercial and branded lending product enquiries. They will benefit from Pink’s award-winning service from a team dedicated to simplifying commercial mortgages, a sector of the market that has traditionally been seen as complex.
Pink Commercial offers an innovative product range including self-certification options, two-hour DIP facility, simple business submission process and enables borrowing between £50,000 and £2 million.
