It now offers a broker support desk with the aim of taking the hassle from the commercial process. The support desk offers a central point of contact for the broker and will support them in finding the right lender for their client from Pink’s panel.
To assist intermediaries with placing their commercial enquiry, Pink has negotiated the use of a generic enquiry form. On receipt of the form its sales team will approach lenders on its panel and negotiate the most competitive and flexible terms on their behalf.
Pink’s commercial loans panel gives intermediaries access to some of the UK’s leading commercial mortgage providers offering high-street and niche products.
Its panel currently includes Abbey Commercial Mortgages, Bank of Scotland Corporate, Commercial First and Skipton Building Society Commercial Lending, and has plans to extend the panel in the next few months.
David Copland, marketing director at Pink Home Loans, said: “Pink recognises the potential to intermediaries of the commercial sector as a way to earn additional income. As well as meeting the demands of the intermediary specialising in commercial mortgages, our commercial loans facility will assist those wanting to enter this lucrative sector of the market for the first time.”
Darren Spragg, principal at Mortgage Solutions, added: “The commercial sector is fast becoming a major part of our business. The introduction of the generic enquiry form will save us lots of time when finding suitable deals for our clients.”
Sue Cox, business manager at Bananas Inc, commented: “It’s an undoubted fact that there is considerable untapped potential in the commercial mortgage market for intermediaries.”
