The facility searches all the adverse lenders on Pink’s packaged panel to provide the intermediary with a list of lenders that will consider their client’s application. Each DIP will be looked at by a member of Pink’s experienced Mortgage Desk team and, for scenarios that are a little out of the ordinary, Pink can refer them to a selection of on-site lender underwriters for an immediate decision.
Intermediaries can access the facility via Pink’s comprehensive website. There is a simple on-line form to complete and Pink will get back to the intermediary within 24 hours of the form being submitted.
