The Crystal range of products, Pink’s first branded lending offering, are currently only available to Premier members and are to be rolled out to Club members from 16 March.
Pink Home Loans is also setting up a specialist mortgage desk to deal exclusively with Pink branded lending product ranges.
David Copland, sales and marketing director at Pink Home Loans, comments on the successes of Crystal so far: “The Crystal range funded by Mortgages plc is Pink Home Loans first range of branded lending products and has exceeded the lending targets that we set at the beginning of January. Our target lending figure for the Crystal range in 2004 is over £50 million.”
Pink is expected to announce links with more branded lending partners soon.
