The ‘Hot Desks’ have been set up for ARs that do not want to pay the costly overheads involved with renting a premise, or who currently work from home and have outgrown their existing space.
An AR of Pink, Debbie Wale from Dew Mortgage Services, has recently signed up for the facility and comments: “I think this is a fantastic opportunity for brokers that have had to cut down on premises expenses but don’t want to work at home on their own. The offices at Pink are extremely modern and provides a professional environment in which to meet clients.”
Neil Hoare, Sales & Marketing Director, Pink Home Loans, adds: “Originally the idea to launch the ‘Hot Desks’ came from the plan to support our intermediaries who have The Key or are taking advantage of our lead generation scheme, but this has been extended out to customers trying to manage costs due to current market conditions. With Pink having recently moved to a new purpose built premises, we now have the space and facilities to offer this option for our customers.”
