The semi-exclusive product has a pay rate of 5.69 per cent and is available for loans up to 90 per cent loan-to-value and £500,000. An arrangement fee of £999 applies to the product, which can be added to the loan.
The product is available to Pink’s intermediary customers for their first-time buyer and home mover clients only.
