Pink will be offering choice for its customers and the first appointment will be eConveyancer, who offer a Home Information Pack under the brand ehips.
ehips will provide intermediaries with a cost effective and flexible service for their clients. Indicative prices start from £275 + VAT; however the HIP can be tailor-made, depending, for example on how quickly the HIP is required, therefore providing total flexibility and greater choice for the vendor.
In addition, intermediaries will soon be able to benefit from the opportunity to brand the HIP with their own livery and earn an extra income from adding a fee. There is an added incentive for the customer as they will enjoy a £50 reduction in the cost of their HIP if they also choose to use eConveyancer for the necessary legal work in relation to the property transaction; a great way of increasing the intermediary’s referral fees.
The online system is easy to use and will enable the intermediary to produce quotes, instruct HIPs and monitor the progress of their customer's HIP twenty-four hours a day. The many Pink customers, who are already registered to use eConveyancer’s online service, will be able to use their existing passwords to access the ehip facility.
Phil Whitehouse, business opportunities manager at Pink Home Loans, commented: “We already enjoy a productive working relationship with eConveyancer and therefore know from first-hand experience that they are capable of delivering a high quality and cost effective business solution. Pink will be announcing further development on its HIPs proposition in the near future.”
Nigel Hoath, managing director of eConveyancer, added: “We’re delighted that once again Pink Home Loans has placed its confidence in eConveyancer by appointing us as a HIPs supplier. Our HIPs proposition, which is being marketed under the ehips brand, is flexible and comprehensive and will enable Pink Home Loans’ customers to not only provide their clients with an important additional service, but to also generate valuable additional income.”
