Previously all proc-fee information was contained in the Pink Adviser publication. However, intermediaries intimated to Pink that they would like this information constantly updated and easy to obtain. Therefore, it is now available to all registered intermediaries on Pink's website. The tool lists all of the lenders on Pink’s lender panels, along with the relevant proc fee information. It also lists the products where fees will be paid within 24hours, which ones will be paid directly into the intermediary’s bank account, whether or not a Pink application form is acceptable to the lender and for which lenders Pink has a dedicated on-site underwriter.
Tony Jones, managing director at Pink Home Loans, commented: “At Pink we are constantly looking at ways to help our intermediaries cut down on administration time so that they can concentrate on the business of selling to customers’ needs. This directory was requested by a number of our intermediaries and has already proven to be very popular.”
