Earlier in the year Pink Home Loans launched with econveyancer to provide intermediaries with an online system which allows them to search and select a conveyancer on their client’s behalf. This launch compliments Pink’s existing conveyancing service supplied by CARS.
The launch of eConveyancer was extremely well received by Pink’s customers back in May and the referral figures to date show just how successful it has been.
David Copland, sales and marketing director at Pink, said: “Treating customers fairly is at the top of eConveyancer’s list. Clients get to choose from over 180 conveyancers based on the criteria that is important to them. This could be cost, the distance from their home or the quality of service they require.”
Robert White, managing director at R Whites based in Worcester, is one of Pink’s appointed representatives and he commented: “The system enables me to offer my clients a wide choice of conveyancers at the click of a button. It’s a very easy system to use and at the end of the transaction I have a very satisfied customer.”
