CEO highlights plan to improve capabilities in the business protection sector
Pivotal Growth Limited has announced its acquisition of Business Protection Solutions (UK) Limited (BPS), a Northern Ireland-based insurance brokerage specializing in business protection services. The acquisition marks Pivotal Growth’s strategic expansion into the business protection broking market and broadens its service offering in Northern Ireland.
BPS, established in 2010 by managing director John McComiskey, provides a variety of insurance products, including shareholder protection insurance, key person insurance, relevant life plans, and group private medical insurance. The company has built a reputation in the region for delivering tailored business protection solutions.
The acquisition aligns with Pivotal Growth’s strategy to diversify its portfolio and strengthen its presence in the financial services sector.

Pivotal Growth, a joint venture between LSL Property Services Plc and Pollen Street Capital, was launched in 2021 with the mission of investing in and growing profitable mortgage and protection brokerages.
