Reporting directly to the sales & marketing director, Mark will manage a team of three and take responsibility for maintaining Platform's mortgage product range, from Prime to Non-Conforming, to ensure the company meets its targeted volume and business mix objectives.
Mark joins Platform after four years with Barclays Bank as head of mortgage customer retention where he was accountable for the company's entire mortgage stock. Mark has a long history with the Britannia Group, having worked for twelve years in a variety of roles at head office encompassing project management, marketing and mortgage acquisition.
