The 2-year fixed rate products will be available with an arrangement fee of £950 at a rate of 3.09% up to 60% LTV; 3.19% up to 65%; 3.29% up to 75%; and 4.09% up to 80%.
They will also be available without a product fee at rates of 3.49% up to 60% LTV; 3.59% up to 65% LTV; 3.69% up 75% LTV; 4.39% up to 80% LTV; and 4.79% up to 85% LTV.
Free valuation and free standard legal fees are available for remortgages and a non-refundable administration fee of £89.
