The rate for the three-year fixed until 1 May 2009 has dropped from 5.29 per cent up to 75 per cent loan-to-value (LTV) and 5.39 per cent up to 85 per cent LTV to 5.09 per cent and 5.19 per cent respectively.
Platform also has a three-year tracker range at 5.10 per cent up to 75 per cent LTV and 5.14 per cent up to 85 per cent LTV.
Both ranges offer a valuation fee of £99 on properties up to £300,000 and £199 thereafter, £250 cashback and no ERC overhang.
Arrangement fees come to £545 with an introducer fee for brokers of 0.5 per cent.
