The sponsorship starts on 1st July and is based on offering a free month’s subscription for every Platform (Prime, Self-Certification, Buy to Let or non-conforming) mortgage that completes.
OPTIMISER sources mortgages from over 100 lenders, quotes conveyancing costs, buildings and contents and ASU all from the appropriate data input for sourcing the mortgage. The system handles fact finds, compliance, audit trails, client records and can compare remortgages with secured loans for best advice best practice true cost analysis. The system can electronically transmit mortgage applications to over 55 lenders and is currently available at £30 per month.
