The 2-year fix comes with a £1,499 fee; while borrowers can also take out a 1.39% 2-year fix to 60% LTV with a £999 fee.
The intermediary lender of The Co-operative Bank has also reduced its fee free 2-year fixes at 3.49% to 90% LTV and 2.39% to 85% LTV. Its 5-year fixes meanwhile stand at 3.94% to 90% LTV, 3.24% to 85% LTV and 2.99% to 80% LTV following reductions.
However Platform has raised its 60% LTV 5-year rates to 2.29% with a £1,499 fee and 2.39% with a £999 fee.
