Anna was previously site director with Sitel where she was responsible for implementing a number of customer services procedures and initiatives. Her role previous to this was with mail order specialists, DPA Direct as customer services director.
Anna will be primarily responsible for delivering and improving the current high standards of service through customer facing teams whilst managing internal and external SLA’s and the operational implementation of all strategic projects. She will also have direct interface with PlusOne’s key clients.
