He will be leaving PMPA at the end of May to take up his new role as head of third party lending at the Newcastle Building Society.
"We are, of course, extremely sorry to lose Jon who has contributed much to the growth of PMPA over the last six years or so,” said Vic Jannels, chairman of the PMPA. “That said, we are aware of and understand his desire to further his career, and we are delighted that he is able to do so with a progressive lender like Newcastle Building Society.
“In his new role there he will have responsibility for third party business and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with Jon and conducting business together long into the future. We are in the process of consulting with our members, and will meet with them to discuss succession planning over the next week or so”.
