CMS originates its business from directly authorised brokers locally, regionally and nationally and is on the panel of four mortgage networks: St James's Place Partnership; Mortgage Broking Services Ltd (MBSL); Burns Anderson; and First 4 Brokers Ltd.
CMS processes around £125 million in applications annually and is planning for substantial growth in future.
Simon Nicholson, sales and marketing director of CMS, said: “We joined the PMPA because we wanted to be associated with a successful credible organisation which was highly thought of by all the lenders. In addition, the PMPA affords access to lenders such as Mortgage Express, Mortgage Trust & Unity Homeloans which is not available to us at our current size. PMPA can also help with lenders such as Rooftop providing in-house underwriter support. We chose the PMPA in preference to other packager associations due to their high standing within the lender industry and excellent range of exclusive products, and we are very pleased to have been accepted for membership.”
Jon O’Brien, operations director of the PMPA, commented: “We are delighted to welcome CMS as the latest PMPA member. Quality, value and service are the common aims of all PMPA members and CMS's quality of packaging is second to none with a 98 per cent submission to offer ratio over the last two years. We are confident that CMS will make a positive contribution to the future success of the PMPA, and that membership will also allow CMS to enjoy significant business benefits in future.”
