The Mortgage State is aimed at intermediary firms looking to adopt a franchise option, with firms trading under its banner able to access both the PNG Consumer Credit and Data Protection Act licenses, saving both costs and time.
Brokers are also provided with full stationery including letterheads and business cards, full administrative support, a fully functional and personalised website, advertising support and the benefits of a growing brand.
The other proposition, The Mortgage Planner, is aimed at self-employed mortgage brokers.
Intermediaries signing up will be placed in an estate agency where they will receive a net percentage of commission depending on the volume of business written.
Brokers under this proposition will be supplied with leads through the estate agency branch, full administration support plus a laptop and printer will also be supplied.
Intermediaries signing up to either proposition will also benefit from the range of PNG services on offer to all AR firms.
Karen Butt, head of group sales & marketing at PNG, said: “We are acutely aware that each intermediary business and broker will have different wants and needs, particularly those looking to establish themselves in the sector.
"We have therefore developed a number of propositions which will satisfy today’s need for business and regulatory support while fulfilling business ambitions and helping meet compliance responsibilities.
“It is important for PNG that we work with all mortgage intermediaries to ensure they choose the right route for their business and that we can provide the necessary help and development. This is why we have developed two new propositions to run alongside our already established network offering."
