PNG will be working with the Academy to help mould its training systems so that students are equipped with the most relevant skills to deal with today's evolving market place.
As part of the pairing, Academy graduates will be given the option to join PNG's network, enabling them to access its support systems.
Karen Butt, head of group sales & marketing at Premier Network Group, said that the current adviser shortage placed greater emphasis on these types of training opportunities.
"Bringing fresh talent into the market is a key objective for PNG and our commitment extends beyond the initial course into a real opportunity to make their mark within the PNG organisation," she said.
“Becoming a skilled and competent mortgage adviser does not just happen through qualifications, it is also about providing the talent with the opportunity to increase their experience and actively work at the job they are trained for.
"For those looking to make their way in this sector, the PNG and TFTA partnership provides the full range of education and experience to get their careers in mortgage advice off to a flying start.”
