Thomasin Renshaw (pictured) has joined housing company Pocket Living as development director.
Renshaw will be responsible for leading the development team, which currently has 13 projects in planning across 10 London boroughs and three projects under construction.

Thomasin has extensive experience in leading teams developing complex residential and mixed-use projects.
These include Grosvenor’s major two-acre scheme in Mayfair (South Molton Triangle) and, for Muse Developments, Chatham Place in Reading and the Civic Centre development in Brixton in partnership with London Borough of Lambeth, which won at the RIBA and the Sunday Times British Homes Awards.
She is also non-executive director for Broadway Living RP, which is Ealing Council’s wholly owned subsidiary delivering an programme of Council housing.
