The four existing Portman Directors who stood as Board candidates, were all elected with significant majorities.
The voting was as follows:
% Votes For
Sue Ellen 95.2

Portman Members were also asked to consider a Resolution on a Report on Directors’ Remuneration. Over 92% of Members who returned their Voting Forms in advance of the Meeting approved the Report.
The Society's Chairman, John Roques, said, “Once again the Board is delighted that our Members continue to support the Society's strategy and management. I am pleased that those voting have demonstrated their confidence in the Portman Board".
As in previous years, with every vote received, the Society agreed to give 10p to charity. In excess of £19,000 has been raised for five regional charities as a result of members voting. They are; Wiltshire Blind Association; Sussex Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus; County Air Ambulance Service in West Midlands; North Devon Hospice and Lewis-Manning House Cancer Trust in Dorset.
