Both deals carry fees of £1,995 and £995 respectively and join other table-topping deals including 60% LTV 1.25% 2-year fixed rate mortgage (£1,995 arrangement fee) and an 80% LTV 1.83% 2-year fixed rate (£995 arrangement fee).
