The addition of igroup, a GE Money Home Lending brand, takes Praxis' lending panel to 23.
Among the igroup product features on offer through Praxis are 100 per cent loan-to-value (LTV) lending, 95 per cent maximum self-certification, flexible underwriting - with an underwriter on site to process offers – as well as non-standard mortgage deals.
igroup is the third lender Praxis has added – alongside Advantage and Freedom – in 2007, while Praxis’ lender panel has increased by 50 per cent since the start of 2006.
